Kelsey & Chris’ fall-tastic wedding day was jam packed with so much fun, laughter, love, and (most importantly) puppy snuggles!! I just loved getting to capture this day for this wonderful couple and their sweet families.
Kelsey & Chris began their day getting ready separately. Kelsey got ready at the historic Hotel Kansas City while Chris got ready at home. They saved their first look for the altar during their wedding mass at St. Ann Catholic Church in Prairie Village. Chris was so excited to see Kelsey he wore his glasses as she walked down the aisle!
After their beautiful wedding mass, it was time to celebrate! Kelsey & Chris and their crew hopped on their party bus and headed to the stunning Nelson-Atkins Museum for wedding party portraits. The sculpture garden was putting on an exceptional fall show for these two, and I just love how the garden’s ginkgo trees vibrant colors paired so beautifully with Kelsey’s bridesmaids’ gowns. STUNNING.
Kelsey & Chris’ beloved pup Sonny even joined in on the fun! He got to wear his own handsome floral collar and loved all the extra attention he was getting from the wedding party and strangers alike! He was also the cutest additional to Kelsey & Chris’ wedding portraits 🙂
After portraits, it was time to get Kelsey & Chris to their reception! We arrived to Cherry Hall a tad early so these lovebirds could capture a few more portraits in downtown Kansas City. Kelsey took this opportunity to put on her custom BRIDE jean jacket for a little extra pizazz 🙂
Kelsey & Chris’ reception was full of heartfelt toasts, delicious food, and a packed dance floor. The day was nonstop fun, and I’m so lucky to have been a part of it. Cheers to the newest newlyweds!
