From the family portrait list to a refined photo timeline, we’ll work together to ensure every detail is covered. By now, I know your photography priorities and I will advocate for them when building the photography plan with your planner. Then, one week before the big day, you’ll receive a final reminders email to ensure we have every detail covered.
Plan & prep
On your wedding day, I’ll arrive early to meet your wedding party and begin photographing all the precious details, like your invitation suite, bouquets, and Grandma’s antique sapphire “something blue” ring. If something goes wrong on the big day, ne’er you worry! I have all the backup plans and ideas to make it right. Flexibility is the name of the game on wedding days, and I'm here to help us navigate and overcome any obstacle thrown our way!

You'll receive your sneak peek just days after the wedding. Then, before you've even fully unpacked from your honeymoon, we'll gather again for a post celebration toast! Together over sips and snacks you'll see your full wedding gallery for the first time and you’ll get to relive your favorite moments over and over. The best part? You'll see the details you might’ve missed, like your grandparents slow dancing and your best friends happy-crying during your vows.

We’re so awkward in photos! Help!
Don’t you worry one bit! It’s completely normal to feel nervous about stepping in front of the lens, especially if it’s your first time. This is why your engagement session is so important! I see it as a test run for the wedding day, so you can get used to following my prompts while I learn more about your subtle nuances as a couple. I’m a pro at helping couples feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera, and this is something I’d be happy to discuss in your consultation call.
Will you help us decide where to have our engagement session? What about what to wear?
For sure! We’ll work together to find the right locations—whether you already have a spot in mind or you want to choose from some of my favorites - that fit your vision. And I’m always available to help you choose the perfect complementing outfits to ensure your look matches your vision thanks to the exclusive style guide you’ll receive upon booking.
How would you describe your photography style?

Our wedding isn’t in the midwest. Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! I’d love to visit your hometown or explore an exciting destination with you as we photograph your wedding day! To date I have photographed in over 15 states and 5 countries. Simply share your location in your inquiry form, and we’ll discuss a custom package during our consultation call.
How should we decide how much photography coverage is right for us?
The amount of coverage depends on the celebration you’re planning. If it’s an early-afternoon ceremony or a multi-location event, more coverage is generally the safest bet. If a sparkler-exit photo is high on your list, then we will extend or shift coverage to ensure I’m there until the end of the night. However, if your ceremony and reception are planned for the same location with little time in between, eight hours is typically just right to capture the full story of your day. But don’t panic because this isn’t something you need to determine on your own After our our consultation,. I’ll give you a proposal based on your specific wedding needs!
What should we do with our photos after we receive them?
All BPP couples receive 10-15 complementary prints from me. I also offer various a la carte heirlooms, such as an engagement guest book album to display at your reception, a custom-designed wedding album, a parent copy of your wedding album, and more! We can cover all of these in the consultation call, and you can add them to your collection at any time.
