Anamarie & David are FINALLY married!!! Their stunning White Iron Ridge wedding was filled with sunshine, color, love, and connection. Every detail was carefully selected to create an elegant, ornate, and fun vibe for the couple and their guests. In true Italian form, friends and family contributed cookies to the dessert table. Anamarie’s own sister is a truly talented florist, and she pulled out all of the stops for Anamarie & David’s floral decor! And the color didn’t stop there! The bridesmaids’ gowns were the most perfect shade of pink, which paired perfectly with the groomsmen’s rich blue tuxedos. Yes, Anamarie & David had to overcome so many COVID obstacles on their way to the altar. But love is patient and love makes moments like these extra sweet.

Anamarie & David’s wedding day was filled with meaningful moments from beginning to end. Both Anamarie & David began their day getting ready with their respecitve wedding parties. Three of Anamarie’s bridesmaids were her dear sisters, and her 4th bridesmaid was her childhood friend. So it’s clear that friends and family mean the world to this couple. After getting dressed, Anamarie shared a first look with her bridesmaids and father before seeing her almost-husband for the first time. (And their first look was tearful for everyone involved!)

After some sunny couples and wedding party portraits it was time or the ceremony! White Iron Ridge’s gorgeous ballroom provided refuge from the July sun for the couple and their guests. And right after the ceremony, Anamarie & David immediately snuck away for a few minutes of privacy. Wedding days are complete whirlwinds, so I love that these two did that.

While we photographed family formal portraits, White Iron Ridge’s ballroom was transformed into the most beautiful reception space! (Seriously, you gotta see it!) Every table was a welcome pop of color against the venue’s elegant white backdrop. I loved the contrast!!

Rain was in the forecast ALL DAY for Anamarie & David’s wedding, but it chose to stop during the most important times, like wedding party portraits and – most excitingly for me 😉 – golden hour! I was shocked when I looked out the window just before sunset to see the SUN shining! Of course I had to see if Anamarie & David wanted to soak in a few extra moments together, and I’m so glad we had this extra time!

Anamarie & David are two of the kindest, most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. And their wedding celebration was the perfect fit for them.

Right before sunset, I peeked outside and was surprised to see sunshine! It had poured during family formals and we weren’t able to sneak outside after that for a few newlywed portraits. Thankfully we found this small window of time to sneak away!
