What’s a good sign that you’ve just had your last first date ever?

It lasts 14 hours!

That’s just how it was for Sarah & Adam on their first date last August. And the two haven’t looked back since. Now they spend their hours jet setting across the world, supporting the local arts (Sarah and I bonded over our love for the KC Ballet and Symphony!) and dining out at some of Kansas City’s best restaurants.

Their engagement session was just as elegant as them. We began it at Loose Park’s iconic Rose Garden. Not to be outdone by the new spring blooms around her, Sarah wore a beautiful floral dress that stood out among the historic pergolas. Then we soaked in a beautiful sunset at the Kauffman Center overlooking downtown Kansas City.

It was such a joy spending this evening with Sarah & Adam, and I loved the personal style they brought to their session. It has me even more excited for their wedding day at the Nelson-Atkins Museum this summer!
