What happens when you lock eyes with your soul mate in your freshman year of college?
You wait 😉
Taran & Joe knew early on that they were going to end up spending their lives together. They bonded over their love for their large families, similar musical tastes, their religious upbringings, and so much more. But instead of jumping into marriage right away, Taran & Joe took their time. In fact, they didn’t even start dating right away! They waited until later in the school year to make things official. They waited over three years after their graduation to say “I do” to each other. And, true to form, they waited to see each other on their wedding day until it was at the altar.
But after their beautiful ceremony, Taran & Joe didn’t waste anytime celebrating with their friends and family! After portraits in the courtyard of their beloved church, the newlyweds and their wedding party hopped on their vintage trolley transportation to celebrate around town before arriving and their beautiful reception at Mission Hills Country Club. Taran told me long ago that she always pictured her reception here. It’s like a second home to her, and she wanted her guests to feel comfortable and welcome on her wedding day. Between the club’s beautiful hilltop clubhouse and its stunning patio, I can see why this venue was a non-negotiable for Taran. The evening truly felt as genuine and welcoming as the guests of honor 🙂
Taran & Joe deserve the sun and the moon and the stars. And above all, they deserved to have the most beautiful wedding day. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
A huge thank you to the team that made this day incredible:
