classic Union Station engagement session

Kiralyn & Dustin | Engaged

August 26, 2022

Happy -1 year anniversary to Kiralyn & Dustin! What better way to celebrate this milestone than by sharing a sneak peek from their engagement session?

I spent the most wonderful evening with these two exploring some of Kansas City’s most iconic (and photogenic!) landmarks. First, we explored the Nelson-Atkins Museum’s beautiful sculpture garden. This week’s heat wave kept others away, and we had the lawn pretty much all to ourselves! I love when I get to have more creative freedom in spaces with fewer crowds 🙂

For our second stop, Kiralyn & Dustin wanted to pay homage to the very spot where they’ll be saying “I do” next year – Union Station!

K&D are avid walkers and they live nearby Union Station so this area is familiar stomping grounds for them. So after we captured the up close unique details of Union Station’s iconic facade, we slowly trekked our way up the neighboring Memorial’s north lawn to take in the entire building (and skyline’s!) stunning beauty. And at the very end, Kiralyn & Dustin popped a bottle of champagne near the very spot where Dustin proposed just a few short months ago. What better way to celebrate these longterm lovebirds’ upcoming wedding day?

CHEERS TO KIRALYN & DUSTIN!

I’m so excited for your Union Station celebration next year!!
